Getting Started
We begin every new door by consulting with the homeowner, builder, or designer. Proportions, panels and other details are discussed and documented, as are embellishments, such as glass, mouldings and hardware. A detailed CAD drawing will be prepared for customer review; production starts after all specifics are finalized
and approved.

Handcrafted Excellence
To build a Signature door, the stiles are crafted with traditional lumber cores for proven performance, premium grade exterior glues are used for extreme temperatures and climate changes. Using tenon and dowel joinery, each door is built like fine custom furniture. We carefully hand-sand all six sides to a remarkably smooth finish, to accept stains and finishes evenly.

To hang a door of this type, we also custom-build the frame with an adjustable sill and ball-bearing hinges. Once sidelights and transoms are in place, the door unit is complete, and it’s prepared for shipment to its new home.
